It's time for the Immigration and Refugee Board to make modifications to their definitions of relatives, or why a convicted murderer can sponsor anybody...period

Sounds like he was a Canadian before he was charged or convicted for murdering anybody. So we have to let him back in.

This loophole definatly needs to be fixed. Like Hyack says, why is a murderer allowed to sponser anybody?
