Agreed. Exaclty what the NHL considers a blow to the head is so vague at the moment it's impssible to stop yourself from doing it. Even when the person comes in cotact with another players head in the course of a routine hit they say it was dirty. Directly targetting a head with your elbow is one thing, but if the hit is clean just leave it alone. It's a contact sport, shit happens.
