I noticed how American sales were suspiciously left off - that's to be expected by the chronically unaware.
In September Toyota dropped 30% (compared to Honda's 24% and GM's 16), so actually, Toyota (and they've even scaled back production), isn't "showing" the way, it's actually in the same mess as the other auto manufactures.
And there may be some soulless, boring Corollas "filling the streets" but they'll be dwarfed by Canada's top selling car (for the 1st 1/2), the Civic.
