So once again, Harper protected his rich buddies.

Harper believes in the trickle down effect, give tax breaks to the rich and eventually the money will trickle down to the poor.

The thing is, I see people like Edward Rogers (Rogers Communication) and many other Canadian Billionairs getting richer and the gap between the middle class and rich growing faster... so I guess that trickle down effect is not working fast enough... or just not working period.
