Well, we can't just have raw sewage emptying into
the water at the east-west extremities of
Halifax and Victoria...otherwise those terrorist
scuba divers will just swim upriver....

I wonder how many thousands of birds died?......doesn't matter it wasn't in Alberta.

Do you mean other than the fact that fecal coliforms don't kill birds?

Birds are typically the cause of fecal coliforms in water systems - that's why you don't drink the water from a duck pond.
