Maybe in Afghanistan, or Iraq where they can't be identified too quickly but in Canada? Nobody whos a terrorist should be dumb enough to video tape them in a elleged terrorist group. I can't believe the Crown didn't even have this video.
I thought this was supposed to be a hugely resourced prosecution but you-tube get it and the Crown don't even have it in as evidence to present to the jury?
Confidence is not high that there will be convictions on this.
