People have their views and all, but believe that the OOC shouldn't be opinionated to just one side.
They'll give one to this guy. They'll give one to a Christian. Call him a Murderer, call him what you want, but no matter how much you disagree with his views, he won the award.
So go ahead and throw the medal back.
Those who think that people of opposing views aren't deserving of awards need to understand that he successfully applied for all the necessary requirements to be awarded. Thus, he deserves it, in my humble opinion.
He didn't win shit, 3 or 4 people + the GG thought this would be a good thing for a dying killer, they even went as far as to not announce it until the Friday night of a long weekend. They knew if it was on the list the Canada celebrations in Ottawa would be full of protestors.
The head of SCOC and the GG are to blame for this.
