Have never heard of Comwave. Very sad and distressing for the people involved.

unless it is a 911 hangup or something, from my experience don't they usually ASK what address to confirm after all you may be calling for a neighbor etc etc...

I've had to call 911 as recent as last December and they wanted the city name and address confirmed. Seemed kind of odd they would ask that but maybe this is why.....and it was from my cell phone.
