<br><br>My name is Mike Sornberger, I'm 22 years old, and from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This is my video entry for the CBC's 2008 competition "Canada's Next Great Prime Minister."

The competition asks entrants to talk about their "One Great Idea" for anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes. I encourage people to comment and debate my idea: a solid environmental plan based on the development and implementation of Green Technology.

you want to boost the amount of bureaucracy 10 , 20 maybe even 100 fold . It will never work I have sat down with environmentalists who are earning upwards of 150k per annum and there are alot of them and the numbers are growing its so far a big waste of money that we can never get back . People need to be environmently responsible for free out of common concern and if it hurts the environment then those companies should not be doing business period . People are living with substantially enough tape crisscrossing their own property even inside their homes not to mention their wallets . Sorry
