I agree that they should not allow him to amend his claim....that is bull shit!!!

However, what happened to him was completely uncalled for. The hit he gave Marcus Naslund while not totally clean but was far from dirty.

Marcus should learn to skate with his head up!!!!

The Great Todd Bertuzzi is not guilt free and should pay something along with the nucks organization!!!!

That year Steve Moore Played in over 50 NHL Games that year so even though not a star he was pulling his weight with the club.

For current Vancouver players Lukas Krajicek and Mason Raymond, Brad Isbister have played just as few games and have less points, why dont you call for them to be kicked out of the league???

Whether you like it or not, this whole situation is negative and needs to be dealt with properly and quickly.

no way, Steve Moore isn't a NHL player, and he wouldn't have made 38 million dollars in his carrer before he became a carreer AHL'er. He just knows this is his only chance he's ever had in his life, and ever will have in his life, to make this kind of money. No one here can tell me he didn't feel Bertuzzi trying to start shit with him ALL shift, and than he even felt the tug on the back of the jersey, fact is he had plenty of time to defend himself and he choose to play the pussy role (his only role) and pretend he wasn't there. It's unfortunate but it isn't 38 or even 15 million dollars unfortunate. If he wins this claim they should right away figure out what Naslund made per game in 2004 and pay back the Canucks for every game he missed for his original cheap shot on Markus.
