I really hope that the Afghan government can pursuade the Liberals to call for a mission extension if not an overall increase in the number of personelle over there. Even if we can't put any more boots on the gorund, I'd love to see our F-18s, Griffons, and more Hercs out there. WOuld be a great moral boost for our troops to be supported by our air force.

And I know the argument behind the Griffon, but I trust that when a person directly involved with them says they can fly there, that they can fly there.

This amusing! Today on question period Dion presented a much different picture although he was his usual evasive self-------IGGy is not so good and actor.

Some "fact finding mission".............first stop go and tell Karzai what their final decision was before they even looked. Did they give Dion a helmet to wear backwards.

seems to be that the liberals went over there to tell canada what to do , not offer a suggestion as to what should be done to help the situation . sounds like someone likes to remember there only in opposition now.
