Assault? Assault is unwanted touching. But, to classify as assault, she needs to tell them to stop touching her. And if they continue, then it is assault. Somebody touching your shoulders is not assault no matter how you want to spin it. Until they are told to stop touching you.

I think the title doesn't really fit the story Imo it was not so much the porn on the TV that disgusted her, as well as the reactions... She turned her back to the TV, which is a good solution, but what got her to go out of the bar were the men grabbing her and trying to let her do things she didn't want to...

I would never want to be grabbed from behind let alone try and be forced to watch something. I always ask first I never just grab people. Although most women I think like to dance and none have turned me down so far. Why is there porn playing at a pub though? I never heard or seen a pub that does this.
