In Canada we have two legal systems. One for you and me and one for Indians. Even though this is clearly a racial decision, I really doubt the court will see this as discrimination. Bad..bad white man!

This country is one of the only ones I know that actively pays people to be different and creates pockets of "I'm special" groups.
