Here's something I don't understand. Perhaps somebody can explain it to me.
The left was recently elected in Australia in the person of Kevin Rudd, right? The liberal media trumpeted the election as a victory for climate change. At first Rudd didn't disappoint. He more or less immediately ratified the ineffectual and functionally meaningless Kyoto accord for Australia.
Then Bali begins. Here's what the australians are saying now...
