there is no mechanism in place to require adult content to migrate from its current domain address to an .xxx TLD.

but i think most people would be ok with it..

I'm sure legislation will be pushed forward in the United States and by other countries.

The .xxx makes it easier to censor porn on the Internet, if they are able to segregate the adult sites to one domain extention.

I agree. It'll be easy to block if you need to. It promotes that you are a porn site so consumers know who you are. It's a win win situation.
