Quite obvious we Canadians have nothing to feel smug about concerning police abuses.

I'm not black, but simply growing up as a teen with long hair in the 60s and 70s I know only a percentage of cops are assholes. 35, maybe 40%...... 90 if you count the ones who stand there and don;t stop them.
