I don't think the assholes story about her coming at him with a knife is going to stand up. Besides, there were numerous other seats this Chuck Norris of the black community could have used so, claiming she was blocking people from sitting down is just more of his bullshit.

I hope he enjoy's the ambiance of the culinary facilities at Rikers Island because that's where he's heading.

There's video at the link. There was no knife. She was sitting there alone on the bus bench seat by the door with a comforter on her lap. He walked over and started kicking her in the face. There was a ton of empty seating.

Sounds like they're going for the "Don't believe your lying eyes" defense.
