The ad may have been in bad taste but it doesn't deflect the fact that our Gov't has ignored it's obligations on it's safe third country agreement with the US and allowed thousands of illegal migrants to jump the queue and eat up spots and resources that legal immigrants should and would have gotten.

If they are 'illegal' they get deported. One cannot cross illegally then immigrate. Asylum seekers and Immigrants are two different 'queues' and one does not affect the other.

WRONG WRONG WRONG

Safe Third Country isn’t an “obligation” on the country receiving the immigrants ie Canada in this case it’s a RIGHT. It’s only an obligation on the country they’re leaving ie USA in this case. Do you really think USA is like “hey no fair give us back out immigrants, you have an obligation!” Think, man.

Second falsehood is your bogus claim that refugees take spots from other immigrants which has been pointed out repeatedly to be wrong. Refugees claimants are handled separate system and to not take up spots in the regular immigration system. This has been said multiple times already. Read, man.
