There was apparently $117 billion dollars lost in Canada, both in terms of profits and government royalties, due to the pipeline bottlenecks and rejections over the last ten years. Like how many pro-Marxist eco-terrorist oilpatch-hating stage plays could have been produced at Concordia and McGill universities if that share of the money had been made available to Quebec?
