For what it's worth the creature in question was found guilty so it's going off to the hell it deserves for it's actions, and probably for life too. And the attack happened in the bathroom of a residence, not in a women's washroom at a store.

Oddly enough the "revised" information was found on a back-up article on the Daily Wire site itself, in the sidebar to the original article, so it's not like a lot of effort was required to find this out.
