Looks like so many Ontario workers in California will be coming back to either find a job in government to pay the same salary of $100k+, or, go into the Ontario private job market where they will be paid $50,000 Canadian.

If you can believe it state run CBC is trying to put a positive spin on this, suggesting that these companies may now leave America for Canada to get the employees they need. LOL. Talk about some positive thinking.
