Good. Of course they can't stop it all but every bit they can keep off the streets and the more smugglers they can apprehend is a good thing for all.

Since there doesn't seem to be a shortage of drugs on the streets, I don't think it's working. The distributors just take into account that there will be losses... and the only people we actually catch are small fry.
