If it was a hit specifically on women than offers up a range of motivations from angry boyfriend to creepy stalker to another Marc Lepine type of loser Muslim to some midget Gamergater from 4Chan who can't get laid. Regardless hopefully the police dogs find him in the bushes with the rifle in his mouth and the top of his head splattered across the leaves.

You know, just because someone is Hispanic, doesn't mean they're an immigrant. Many hispanic families have been in the US for hundreds of years. The entire American southwest was part of Mexico until the US invaded and conquered "liberated" it in the 1840s.
