				I was reading somewhere that the reason there hadn't been a landfall hurricane in the Atlantic in so long was because of all the El Nino and warm water activity in the Pacific. It was causing some sort of chain reaction.
So now that there's finally a shift does that mean the Pacific is cooling?
If true one would expect the effect of the shift to be Global. More weather craziness coming up, I bet.
