Fiscal transparency and accountability has to be enforced to ensure kids aren't going hungry, while a handful live like potentates on their Bannock republics.

Of course the only way to fix this problem is for the Liberals to throw more unaccountable taxpayer money at it because as we all know, when there's more money than any one person can possibly spend these self entitled potentates will always be the first to fairly dole out some of it to ensure their subjects can rise out of abject poverty.
