But: A huge police presence descended on the hospital grounds where the shooting victims are being treated, with police standing guard at the entrance. Tactical team officers were seen in the parking lot as the HAWCS helicopter circled overhead. There are currently no suspects.

CBC reports that several young men left in a car after the shooting, and that this was an internal dispute among the group, possibly gang related. When I hear gang and Muslim, I think of Somalis.
