This, while 5 million other jobs in the U.s remain unfilled! God Bless America. This is hw free market economics works. Keep intervention at a minimum, don't have covert agents of the state interfere with individual pursuits and employment booms!
Canada take note. When the next president comes into place and re-negotiates NAFTA, most likely rejects the TPP, our economy is going to be in a much worse position. You can be sure we are all going to wish that Obama didn't leave office.

fifeboy fifeboy: Gee, thanks Obama Actually, Obama's direction since 2008 in regards to stabalizing the economy and providing an environment that encourages employers to create jobs has been nothing short of miraculous.

http://www.cbc.ca/news/business/labour- ... -1.3474276$1: U.S. jobs may be better indicator of real economy health than markets
There is lots of evidence that, in the short term at least, roaring markets and soaring corporate profits are a far from a perfect stand-in for wider economic welfare. Looked at the other way around, a strong real economy, where wages are rising, is not necessarily something all shareholders find appealing.

Obama's record on job creation is, as shockedcanadian described it, "miraculous". You're refusing to acknowledge facts. When you don't acknowledge the positive, you have no credibility discussing the negatives either, so why bother even commenting?

You say that now but would you be saying it after 16 years of George W. Bush? It's all relative. I wasn't crazy about Bush Jr, but comparing him to Obama, I think Bush would have been the better deal. But without Obama, we wouldn't know how bad things could get. Sixteen years of George H. W. Bush though . . . ![Drink up [B-o]](./images/smilies/drinkup.gif)

Politicians take too much credit, and get too much blame for things over which they have little to no control.
