Good warning in there too that we ought to knock it off with this belief that the Kurds are some sort of good guys over their. It was a Kurdish kid that did this attack in France and odds are that other Kurds were also involved in the NYE crimes too. It's a cross-spectrum social/cultural/mental/emotional disorder that covers all of the Muslim sects and ethnic groupings and we better cut it out with the idiocy that we can sort the good ones out from the bad.

Not to justify in any way this attack but I can kind of see the allure of a Kurd joining ISIS. Everyone else has shit on them from what ever country they reside in be it Iraq or Turkey to the US B.S. urging them to rise up after the first Gulf war. At this point it may look to many Kurds that ISIS is their best hope at obtaining any sort of self government after generations of control by hostile regimes.
