Idiots that keep these things as pets. I doubt it will survive long in the cold. But the ones used to humans are often quite tame. Maybe they can lure it with some food and then tranq it.

I've seen a Savannah cat on my back fence a few times this year. Some idiot spent around $10,000 for this cat and then lets it out loose.
If I ever get my hands on it I'd be happy to give it to Tyler who'd give it more concern.
