I wonder how many people are actually against this, considering we were bombing them a few years ago.

This is one thing the Arabs and Israelis don't understand about us(Europeans). We can be best friends and allies for centuries, and over a decade become bitter enemies and kill each other in the millions, and then a few years later we're best friends again. Basically it's because given the choice we'd much sooner kill each other than wogs.

Considering this is a Slavic people joining NATO it'll really piss off Russia because Putin and the Russian nationalists think they have some sort of divine right to unify and rule all Slavs.
