Window dressing to distract the sheeple. What the treasonous progholes will do is the same thing they did with defining 'children' when it comes to gun crimes:
They'll define anyone up to age 25 as a 'child' and then let them in.
Anyone care to bet on this? I'm asking because I can use some extra Christmas money.
