Then you'd have to put every jihadi in hospital. I think prison is good enough for him, but I could see having deprogrammers working on these guys, the younger ones anyway. Apparently a lot of these guys, once they are caught, actually give up jihad readily, since they just want to follow somebody, so in prison go with the authorities. If we could figure out a way to stop them from being reinfected they'd probably be good to be released.
