I don't necessarily disagree with the Dippers on this one. If our overall contribution is negligible due to our low numbers and aircraft and antiquated equipment it might not be worth the financial cost of doing it just for the dubious glory of being part of a coalition. This isn't probably the reason why the Dippers are objecting to the participation, mind you. Their objection has less to do with the problems of logistics and a negligible contribution due to having to use long-obsolete planes and more to do with their fucked-up pity-politics they've always had for the dangerous militants of the world.

I read the comments on the CBC website when the shooting happened. The majority of commenters actively hoped that Harper be killed by the shooter. That's the kind of people too many of them are, down deep in their miserable hearts. Their hatred is too strong for them to perpetually contain and during moments like that they let it spill out into the open. But they're all better people than the rest of us because they want big tax hikes and triple-levels of social program spending.....
