No, what matters is the source of the charge. After reading what bitch-face was whining about, it appears that this one was born sans a sense of humour. She also seems to be one of those "progressives" that either don't understand context or just don't care. She heard a combination of words and got her moo-moo all in a bunch about it, not caring about what was said immediately before or after the part she whined about.
