An Alberta sheriff has filed a $4-million lawsuit against a female Camrose dentist who was convicted of assaulting him while resisting arrest during a traffic stop.

According to a statement of claim filed in Edmonton's Court of Queen's Bench on June 9, Sgt. Robert Behiels alleges Simona Tibu defamed him by falsely claiming he had both violently assaulted her and sexually assaulted her after pulling her over for speeding on Aug. 3, 2013.

Behiels also alleges Tibu defamed him by accusing him of being racist and acting like a Nazi while torturing her.

I'd like to see more cops sue the idiots they encounter because it's the only lesson that said idiots will ever learn when some jackass judge lets them off the hook for something they're clearly guilty of. Worked pretty good on OJ, when the civil suit took everything from him after the disaster of the criminal trial.
