Give out the addresses of those who were running milking the program to those who are living 12 to a house, that has no plumbing, is full of mold and has boards covering all their windows.

Besides 300 million for 25 000 houses, only works out to $12 000 a house.....what kind of house can you build for $12 000???

The money isn't to build the house, it's to back the down payment for the house.

Never mind that there will be no market for the houses, or that people without jobs or incomes can't get a mortgage . . .

What the hell kind of house can you buy with a $ 12 000 down payment? We spent that much remodeling our bedroom and en suite. But as you pointed out, how are people who haven't got jobs going to afford paying back even that small amount?
