On the moral level though it's at least a less nauseating thing to do than what Harper did the other day by giving $140 million to the Afghan government. Help Canadians? What's funny is that UKIP in the UK wants to cut the foreign aid budget for exactly these reasons,

and then mention the minimum wage.

So since the 'middle class' is now 'minimum wage', I guess the rest of us are going to pay for it.
