Can we say the accident was caused by pilot error, even though the pilot wasn't actually in the plane? [huh]

Also you never want to get sucked into a jet engine either. I've seen the movies. 8)

I know of a guy who walked into a propeller on HMCS Bonaventure and left a lot of fatherless children behind.
