This is a neighborhood in the Downtown Eastside, but it's a million years removed from Main and Hastings. Used to cycle thru it on my way to work. Nice old houses being refurbished.

No doubt. Apparently, prisoners take a rather dim view of sex offenders.

I had the misfortune to be in that area in 2012, all I can say is .... holy fuck.

Much, much worse than before.

There is a warrant out for his arrest from London, Ont,. for failing to comply with a probation order.

Police said he recently moved to Vancouver and that they have had previous contact with him.

Previous contact, but then not acting on the warrant.

Brilliant police work.
