1 perjury and 1 obstruction, when Monty should be doing 2 manslaughter.

Actually, if he had been properly dealth with, he wouldn't have killed the kid, and walked from that as well.

Wonderful.

This is being treated as a few bad apples. Bullshit. These were regular cops following their training. It's why they weren't charged for the incident itself, but the perjury. The RCMP should be on trial here, for the training they provide their officers, and for helping these 4 cops collaborate on their perjury.

Tread lightly.

It would be a shame to have Trevor sued and ordered to give up your IP address when one of these guys sees you label them as guilty of perjury after being acquitted.

Besides, they're armed, so are all of their friends and they can find out where you live in minutes. Some people are simply above criticism.

Capeche?

No, not above criticism....claiming someone is guilty of a crime, after being proven innocent of that crime, is slanderous.

Wouldn't take much for a lawyer to get in contact with Trevor and get the ball rolling.

2 convictions, one awaiting a verdict, one innocent verdict being appealed in light of new information come to light. Seems like pretty good odds.

One innocent verdict. Officer is back on the force. Active duty.

All 4 aren't guilty.

You missed one organization that seems to keep getting a pass in this whole debacle. The Vancouver airport authority.

They're the ones that called the cops without even trying to deal with someone who couldn't speak the language and was clearly in distress. So instead of doing the decent thing they locked him away without even knowing what the issue was. Then when this all goes down they suddenly decide to implement policies to try and prevent it from happening again. Talk about proactive

Utter bullshit and like I said the head of the Vancouver Airport and his organization are as culpable for instigating this tragedy as the police are for mishandling it.

ARe you saying Harper can sway the outcome of the appeal, based not on a error of law but new information that convicted two of them?
