Soo given that swearing, spitting and yelleing are basically essential to men's sports, how do they plan to pass the time now in the "Corn Captial of Canada"?

Also, IMO spitting is more offensive than swearing - why is it only half the fine?

$1:
But the bylaw also grants power to peace officers to break up assemblies of three or more people — and that is raising some eyebrows.

"No person shall be a member of the assembly of three or more persons in any public place where a peace officer has reasonable grounds to believe the assembly will disturb the peace of the neighbourhood, and any such person shall disperse as requested by a peace officer," states the bylaw.

I have friends who moved there.
Fortunately for Taber, they're not like some of locals we can't stop from gobbing, pissing and shitting on the street. Or stumble around drunk and screaming Fuck You at 11:00 in the morning
