The European Courts have got to be kidding. I personally would favour the approach if having these pirates "walking the plank" it would save a great deal in court costs and more importantly makes the point real clear that piracy on the high seas will not be tolerated.

It's good to see that it's not just North America where murderous thug criminals can be properly recompensed for their illegal efforts after being caught committing atrocities to others.

If I was France I'd seriously consider using a tactical nuclear warhead to show my disapproval of the European court and the idiotic, inbred, halfwits who use it's insanity as a shield for their left wing apologist ideals.
