Robert Keno found the girl.

"As soon as I looked down that baby looked up at me and she stopped crying. She held out her arms. There was a lot of things going through my head. And so I picked up this baby and she was just cold. I couldn't believe she was only in a diaper [and pants]."

I can't perceive another reason for a young guy to be quietly making off during the night with a little girl. Can you?

Quietly? You're assuming way too much, there's absolutely no indication that he molested a 19 mo old. He was drunk, running away from the house and tripped and fell on her, causing severe injuries to her. He may have been trying to hurt somebody in the house my making off with the girl, he may have addledly been trying to protect her from the fighting/mayhem from the party and actually been trying to protect her. Who knows.

He dumped the baby in the garbage and then went back to the party. Sure sounds like he was trying to help the baby eh!I'll stick with my take on the situation till proven otherwise.

Not 'everybody' in my mind either. Just guys who take a baby girl from their home in the middle of the night and hide her somewhere and then go back and act 'normal'. Sure sounds like he was trying to 'save her' to me. Maybe for himself, later!

I agree, its very sad, but this type of thing has always happened, but that does not make it less sad.
