Domestic goose, yes. Although I'll take turkey. Doubt I'd like wild goose.
The grain fed wild geese from the prairies are good but you'd better have a petty good dental plan to eat them especially with the numerous pellets and all. I can still remember spitting out lead pellets after eating a Goose we just shot.
Roast goose tasted great, the lead not so much.

That's why you have to lead them far enough so you head shoot them, either that or aim ahead and well above or to one side to break a wing, then apply the coup de grace on the ground. The worst problem I ever had with pellets was with a nice free range, grass fed roast beef.....
