His methods are based on Neil Strauss' (he also wrote How to Make Love like a Porn Star for Jenna Jameson) The Game and it's an interesting read for anyone who has trouble talking to women.

Most of the focus was on psychological tricks like peacocking and handing out negs, "You could be a model if your teeth were straighter/you lost 5 pounds/had long hair/etc" and so on. There was never any hint of physicality or anything coercive like this scumbag.
