That old jet stream that us to flow west-east a couple of decades ago is now flowing north-south-north in a big sinusoidal wave. That's a liberal plot?

The last time this topic came up and the media latched onto it, I explained that it has been well known since the 1950s that volcanic activity has a direct affect on the polar vortex regardless of which hemisphere the eruptions take place, and that such activity can affect the polar vortex for up to two years after an eruption.

There's definitely been a number of busy volcanoes over the last 3 years.
