The woman named in the report for discriminating against Brothers was Catherine Collier. According to the report, Collier and Brothers were up for the same regional educator job, a job which Brothers landed.

I would say that she is the perfect color judging from her photo! She has that Stacey Dash thing going on with those beautiful green eyes. Smart, pretty, and litigious. A genuine triple threat.

In the old days colourists used to be guys who coloured comic books. Nowadays it's apparently some kind of paid position with the only job duty of harassing someone who doesn't meet some infantile skin-shade criteria. Kind of a first-world problem, despite black folks being involved, because only a society without much more serious issues would have the free time to even think up something as stupid as this one is.
