Clearly a case where the Canadian diplomatic personnel overseas in the field know what they're doing and how to rectify a problem as fast as they possibly can. Too bad the situation got screwed even more when it got taken over by the Ottawa bureaucracy and those who couldn't find their collective asses with both hands and a flashlight.

She seems like a lovely girl. This nonsense shouldn't have happened to her and her family.
