One abortion doctor, Kermit Gosnell, committed and has been charged with more acts of murder and manslaughter than the sum total of abortion doctors who've been killed by 'righties'.

Eight abortion doctors and other workers have died in the USA at the combined hands of 'righties'.

Kermit Gosnell alone was convicted of three counts of first degree murder for murdering babies after they were born (indications are that he killed maybe a hundred such babies), one count of manslaughter for letting a woman die after an illegal late term abortion, and twenty-one counts of illegal late term abortion (a charge that has the same penalties as 2nd degree murder in Pennsylvania).

Neither is acceptable. But let's be clear that the perfectly sane butcher on your side of the fence makes all of our delusional nutbags look like amateurs.
