This is a win win situation. The state of Tennessee gets their pound of flesh for her bullshit illegal, criminal, activities and she gets to go to prison where as a nun she will undoubtedly turn the prison into a world of unicorn and rainbows while making all those evil women criminals into productive members of society.
Maybe along the way she'll get to help a death row inmate come to terms with the crime they committed and therefore become more accepting of their fate after making amends. Oh wait, that was Sister Susan Sarandon.
